Order once and take delivery across weeks or months. Every tree is reserved for you from the day you confirm, prepared at our farm in Suphan Buri, and loaded in batches that match your planting programme.
How a phased order runs
Hotel, hospital, mall and landscape projects rarely plant everything at once. A phased order keeps your trees safe and growing in Thailand until your site is ready for each stage.
1. Your trees are reserved
Every tree is selected, tagged with your order number and taken off sale. You receive a signed Allocation Schedule.
2. Root balls are prepared
On long programmes the balls are cut months ahead, and each tree stays standing where it grew while new roots form.
3. Held for you
The order is brought together in a block of our own land reserved for you, and maintained until loading.
4. Loading calendar agreed
We agree the loading dates and container type for every batch with you before anything is wrapped.
5. Batches load in turn
Each batch is shrink-wrapped the week before its slot and loaded by our own team, with its own export documents.
Why buyers choose a phased order
Trees reserved, not promised
From the day you confirm, your trees are on a signed schedule with tag numbers, species and grade. They are not offered or sold to anyone else, and any change is notified to you in writing.
Roots that have had time to grow
On long programmes each tree carries its own root ball for many months before it travels. It arrives with a regenerated fibrous root system, not a freshly cut one.
See your trees at any time
Visit on reasonable notice, or ask for photographs of any tree and we send them the same day by WhatsApp.
Your own representative on site
You may station a representative at the nursery to select and tag trees, witness preparation and wrapping, and sign the loading record before the doors are sealed.
Pay as the order moves forward
Payments are tied to stages of the work, so each one pays for something you can see happen. Your offer sets out every stage and date.
One contract, one supplier
Large orders are filled from our own farm and our contracted growers across Thailand, all to one specification.
We contract with the growers. You contract only with us.
A single order of many species and grades is gathered from across Thailand, given time to establish in its root ball, and delivered to one standard under one agreement.
How each tree travels
Every tree ships as a shrink-wrapped root ball treated with hydrogel. What the ball is made of depends on the size of the tree.
Under 100 mm caliper
- Roots cleaned of all field soil
- Ball made up in 100% coco peat, sized to the tree
- No field soil travels with the tree
- Loaded in refrigerated containers
100 mm caliper and above
- Ball about 60–65 cm across and 60–65 cm deep
- About 30% cleaned soil and 70% coco peat
- Craned in upright through open-top containers
- Trees of 3.5 m and over always load open-top
Preparation is rated to hold each tree for up to 45 days in transit, a margin against vessel delay rather than a sailing time. Caliper is the trunk diameter measured 1.0 m above the root collar, in millimetres. Full detail is on the root ball page.
Questions buyers ask
What size of order suits phased delivery?
Any order that fills several containers or needs trees at different times. About 30 trees load into a 40 ft container, depending on species and crown form.
Are the dates for loading or for arrival?
We state loading dates at our farm. If your deadline is an arrival date, tell us and we set the loading calendar to meet it, allowing for the sailing time to your port.
Who books the containers?
We quote ex works from our farm, so you or your forwarder book the containers. Your offer states the container type for every batch, and our own team loads them.
What documents come with each batch?
Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate with the treatment declaration, commercial invoice and packing list. Each batch is documented against its own loading date.
Can you supply palms on a phased order?
Yes, subject to your country's import conditions for palms. We ask you to confirm them with your plant protection authority, and we schedule palm batches last.
What if a reserved tree is damaged before loading?
We replace it with an equivalent tree of the same species, grade and quality, tell you in writing, and update your Allocation Schedule.
